The Adults Tae Kwon Do (TKD) class for men and women teaches the fundamentals of TKD. The class utilizes traditional training methods designed to develop a sound mind and body. Our training will develop speed, power, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Our TKD program is a rejuvenating program that develops the mind, body, and spirit.
